New Alert Management Actions
Users now have greater control over how they handle alerts in the system.
Acknowledge Alerts:
Users can now acknowledge alerts to indicate they are aware of an issue and are taking action.Dismiss Alerts:
Alerts can be dismissed if they are not relevant or a false positive.Resolve Alerts:
Mark alerts as resolved once the underlying issue has been addressed.

How to Use
Navigate to the Alerts section.
Select an alert to view available actions.
Choose to Acknowledge, Dismiss, or Resolve as appropriate.
New Alert Notification Method: Webhook URLs
Users can now seamlessly connect ioTORQ EMIS with their preferred business tools by specifying a webhook URL. When an alert is triggered, the system will automatically send alert data to the configured third-party endpoint.
This new notification method allows you to:
Integrate with third-party tools such as Microsoft's Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
Automate responses to alerts by triggering external workflows.
Ensure your team is informed in a timely manner, wherever they work.
To get started, navigate to the alert settings, add your webhook URL, and begin integrating ioTORQ EMIS alerts with your business processes.
