This is a minor release that contains bug fixes and performance improvements.

Users are now only allowed to setup SMS notifications if they have an active subscription. This prevents misconfiguration in Alert Managers.

Missing translations have been added for French and Portuguese.

Fixed Range targets now require that the Upper Limit is strictly higher than the Lower Limit.
