Background Data Export with Progress Tracking
Data exports are now fully asynchronous, so you no longer need to keep the page open while they run. You can track progress in real time with a progress bar, cancel an export at any point, and safely navigate away and come back without losing status.
When an export finishes, the CSV downloads automatically. You can also now export multiple variables in a single export.
Organisation Filter on User List
You can now filter the user list by organisation, making it easier to find and manage users within a specific branch of the organisation tree. The CSV export also respects the active filter
Improvements and Fixes
Matrix section headers now support up to 255 characters, and you'll see a clear error if you exceed the limit instead of the save silently failing.
Fixed an issue where formatting in dashboard text items, including underlines, bullet points, numbered lists, colored text, and headings, was not preserved correctly.
Fixed Data Quality Monitor dropout alerts triggering before the configured threshold was reached, and resolved cases where alerts could remain active after the issue had cleared.
Target lines in charts now use a wider range of distinct colors, making it easier to tell them apart when multiple targets are displayed on the same chart.
Microsoft Teams webhook URLs using the new Power Automate Workflow format are now accepted when configuring alert notifications.
Fixed a required field validation gap where saving a dashboard item with a "Custom" timeframe but no period type selected could cause an error.
Fixed schematics not loading on public dashboards.
Alerts associated with a variable are now automatically cleaned up when that variable is removed from a Data Quality Monitor.
