Presentations overview

Presentations allow you to combine multiple Dashboards into an automatically refreshed feed for long-term display. This can be ideal when you need to cycle through several dashboards. Presentations can be played, viewed, or deleted via the left-hand navigation bar by hovering over the Presentations section and selecting See All Presentations. 

Creating a new Presentation

To create a presentation, navigate to the Presentations page and select New presentation. In the presentation configuration, you can select dashboards you wish to display and define the duration of time each dashboard will be displayed. Once created, you can play, edit, or delete an existing presentation.

The Create a new presentation pop-up will appear, requiring the following options to be selected:

• Define an organization in which to save the presentation
• Create a name for the presentation
• Select the display duration for each dashboard when the presentation plays

As with dashboards, a presentation can be designated as Public, which means anyone with the link can view the presentation even without an ioTORQ account.

The next page on the Create a new presentation pop-up will prompt a user to select the dashboards they wish to include. Selecting from the available dashboards on the left and clicking Add will cycle through each dashboard when a presentation is played.

Playing a presentation

Presentations can be played from the Presentations page by selecting the Play button from the right-hand column. This will launch the presentation on the screen and begin cycling through the selected dashboards at the chosen time interval.
