You can view a variable chart by navigating to Variables > See All Variables, then clicking the chart icon under the Actions column. Alternatively, select a variable from the right-hand Tree Structure by navigating to the appropriate organization.
The chart page provides a visual representation of the data in a variable. The display axis is automatically scaled by ioTORQ to easily view the data and adjusts as you scroll in and out. In the chart, you can select the date range and the desired resolution in which to view the data. You can hover over any part of the chart to see the corresponding x and y values in the data.
Under the chart display is a table of the raw data coming into the system. Select the Raw Data tab to view each entry in the dataset array and the corresponding consumption logged by the system. The Consumption column represents the graphed data above and is calculated based on the Data Type and multiplication factor selected when the Automatic Variable was created.
Comments can also be added by clicking the Add comment button - allowing you to share comments with other users that have access to the same variable.
The other four icons at the top corner of the chart offer users more functionality for interacting with the desired data set.
