Where can I access my account settings?

Your account settings can be accessed from any page in the top right corner of the screen. Click on your username then click My Profile

Is there a search feature in ioTORQ?

Yes. In any page that displays a table view, there is a search bar at the top of the table. For example, navigating to Variables, then See All Variables, shows a search bar on the top of the table view. The search bar will return variables with matching keywords based on the column parameters, so in this example, you can search for matching keywords on a variable's name, code, organization, unit, etc.

Who can use ioTORQ?

ioTORQ can only be accessed by valid users who have been setup on the system. A Panevo consultant or another user with an Admin role can add or delete other users.

Is it possible to have different user roles?

Yes, ioTORQ has a flexible role system that can be created by administrators. To create a new role or edit an existing role, go to Applications in the left panel, then go to Role Management. For each role, restrictions to organization and resources can be set. Once set, go back to Applications, then go to User Management. Select a user, then in the form, select the Role.

Can I export data?

Yes, ioTORQ allows users to export data of any variable to a .CSV file. To export data, go to Variables in the left panel, then go to Export Data. Once in this page you will search for the variable you want to export data from. To find that variable you can search by the variable's name or code. Once selected you are then prompted to select the start date and end date along with the time zone in which you want to view the data. Click Download and a .CSV file will appear with the data in you downloads folder.
