This release introduces expanded SSO capabilities, smarter alert notifications, and enhanced visibility for data quality alerts, along with a few important bug fixes.

What's New?

SSO with Generic OIDC Providers

Tenants can now configure Single Sign-On (SSO) with any OpenID Connect (OIDC) identity provider by supplying the metadata URL, client ID, and client secret. This enhancement means that SSO can be set up using any generic OIDC-compliant provider besides Microsoft Entra ID.

For step-by-step instructions, see our SSO with OIDC Setup Guide.

Smarter Alert Notifications

Ongoing alerts that have already been acknowledged will no longer trigger repeated notifications.

  • Previously, notifications were sent after three days for all ongoing alerts, regardless of acknowledgment status.

  • This change ensures recipients only get notified when necessary, reducing alert fatigue.

Alert Timelines for Data Quality Alerts

Similar to anomaly alerts, timelines for Data Quality alerts are now available, providing a chronological view of when issues occurred, how they progressed over time, and the related user actions for each alert.

Other Improvements

  • Corrected the alert preview display for selected alert rules.

  • Variable data on charts will now load even if the target data fails to load.
