What are Alerts?

In simple terms, an alert represents an anomaly in a variable's data. Alerts are triggered based on customizable rules that detect a specified number of exceptions within a defined time period. Each alert is categorized by severity—high, medium, or low—indicating the urgency of the issue.

Centralized Alerting Portal

You can easily manage and review all your alerts in one place with our centralized alerting portal. This page allows you to quickly assess the status of your facilities and prioritize actions based on the severity of the alerts.
