Transition to Intercom (Replacing Zendesk)
We’re upgrading our support experience by transitioning from Zendesk to Intercom. You’ll now find a modern, conversational support widget directly inside ioTORQ EMIS— making it easier to reach our team, search help articles, and get faster responses.
This switch also enables better multilingual support as we expand our services in new regions.
Z3 NetMeter Integration
We added official support for direct data ingestion from Z3 NetMeter OMNI devices via the /api/import/z3/ endpoint. More details about the configuration are available in our user manual.
Future Timeframes in Dashboards
Dashboards and alerts now allow selecting future time windows. Based on a user-selected seed date, Start and End values update automatically—enabling forward-looking reporting whenever future data or forecast is available.
Improvements & Fixes
Smarter Date Formatting
Dates throughout the application now follow each user’s language and regional settings, instead of defaulting to US formatting.
Cleaner Export Controls
The export form hides resolutions that aren’t compatible with the selected variable’s frequency (e.g., hourly variables won’t allow 1-min or 5-min exports).
Improved User CSV Export
The Download CSV option now exports all users and accurately reflects the filters and sorting applied on screen.
Timezone Standardization
Only modern, valid timezone identifiers are now used. Deprecated entries (such as “US/Pacific”) were automatically updated, and dropdowns show a clean, standardized list.
Better SSO Error Handling
SSO login issues no longer produce system error pages. Users now receive a clear message and are redirected back to the login page.
Dashboard Date-Picker Fixes
The date picker now displays correctly above modals, with improved spacing and no sidebar overlap.
